Welcome to Ann's Ensemble Picks. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and custom order fulfillments.
Atelier Custom Crafting Timeline
Our boutique specializes in custom hand & machine embroidery, twine cutwork, and shadow work. Because of the patient, intricate, and manual nature of these disciplines, custom orders require a production timeframe of approximately 2 to 3 weeks before dispatch. Immediate orders can only be placed on ready-to-wear or in-stock unstitched sets.
Payments, Orders & Confirmations
Orders are confirmed once design parameters (measurements, colors, custom twine cutwork requests) are agreed upon and payment details have been finalized. We accept payments via bank transfer, GPay, and UPI under business registration anns ensemble. Tax details are handled in accordance with GST registration 32ACBPC8991P1Z6.
Shipping & Delivery
We provide worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and custom clearance duties (if applicable for international cargos) are discussed at order finalization and added to the final invoice. Fulfillments are dispatched via trusted courier networks from Ernakulam, Kerala.
Exchanges & Returns
Since custom embroidered wear, cutwork outfits, and bespoke sizes are tailormade to client specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless the final product differs meaningfully from the agreed specifications or arrives with raw material defects. Ready-to-wear items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue collections, pricing, or craft categories without prior notice. For active commissions, pricing and specifications are locked upon order confirmation.
